For many of us, our lives are filled with routines, habits and schedules. The weekdays are chaotic as we are running from one thing to the next, leaving little to no time for self care. Personally, I live for the quiet time Saturday’s and Sunday’s bring with my boyfriend and pups. I get to un-plug and disconnect for a while after a busy week, allowing myself to recharge and focus on two important things: me, and those around me.
