IT’S FRIDAY! That’s reason enough to celebrate, right? I love a simple casual and cozy look and what better way than to kick off the weekend, including this new adorable ‘cheat day’ tee! For someone who’s kicked up their workout regimen over the last few years, a simple ‘cheat day’ or meal really helps me stay focused throughout the week and gives me something to look forward to! Regardless of how you ‘cheat,’ I truly belive it is necessary to stay on track with your health and fitness goals. When you have planned meals or days mixed into your schedule, it allows you some leeway to eat the foods you are craving and relax your willpower for a while, ultimately allowing you bounce back and ready to crush your goals.
